About Us
We established Ideal Boat Works for the sole purpose of preserving and restoring wooden boats for our customers now and for generations to come. To do so, we have designed restoration procedures that are both correct and affordable. While these principles overall may seem to be a lofty goal, the value and pleasure of working with wood and the resulting sense of accomplishment we feel after knowing we have preserved a piece of history makes our task a worthy endeavor.
